Our Story and Purpose
OUR START
Two kids, a little Ford Ranger, and a crazy dream. EcoPro Services was originally a Pest and Lawn company founded by a husband-and-wife team back in 2016. "We were both killing ourselves working for corporations and thought, surely there was a better way." Sarah recalls. Since then EcoPro Services has undergone some leadership change and refocused on creating better eco-friendly pest service options for the greater Austin area. "It was a wild ride! I always wanted to be an entrepreneur, but I'm glad we started EcoPro Services when we did because it takes a lot of long nights and free hours starting up a company. I remember the first time EcoPro could afford to have me on payroll-- it was just barely enough to pay rent, but I felt like a millionaire!"
OUR PURPOSE: a servant's heart
EcoPro Services strives to improve the quality of life for our clients (friends) while remaining respectful and conscious of the environmental impact of our actions and services. We carefully choose and use products that help to reduce our impact on the environment every way possible. We also have systems in place to reduce waste and increase self-sustainability, such as an on-site compost, organic garden, city recycling, styrofoam collection, and plastic bag recycling programs.
Our purpose is to serve by: 1. providing excellent pest service and client care, 2. giving back to our local communities, 3. striving to be the best company in Austin to work for.

EXCITING NEWS!
Now after almost a decade of bootstrapping help from friends and family, a pandemic (2020), and "snowmageddon" (2021) EcoPro Services is still going strong! And we're looking forward to adding another amazing pest professional to the EcoPro family soon-- stay tuned for more details.
WHY ECOPRO?
We understand how unfriendly big pest corporations are to their clients: long hold times or no call/no show for appointments, poor communication, explaining your service needs over and over because your technician is different every time, interactions that leave you feeling like a number rather than a person, etc. We wouldn't like to be treated that way, so we won't do that to you.
